Yikes! We're sorry to hear your package seems to be lost in transit. Friendly reminder: Orders ship same day if they're placed before 2pm EST; otherwise, they'll ship the following day. From there, orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. 

So, if your tracking shows no movement for a couple of days, that's actually kind of normal! Carriers don't always show every single scan, so it doesn't necessarily mean your package isn't moving. 

However, if 7 business days pass and there are no updates or your order hasn't arrived, send us an email with your order number or account information to [email protected]. We'll get to the bottom of it for you!
