Good question! 

Here's what's going on: our formula is hot-poured and solidifies in the tube, so a small amount of product is intentionally left at the base to anchor the stick to its internal platform and keep it stable during use. Think of it like the end of a chapstick or glue stick—it's by design, not a flaw. We do overfill our tubes slightly to account for this!

That said, if you want to get every last bit, here are a couple of tricks:

• Cotton swab method: Scoop a small amount out with a cotton swab and apply it like a balm. Easy and effective!
• Bottom hack: Gently remove the twist base on the bottom of the stick to access the remaining product from underneath for those final few applications.
